About Us

Coming all the way from Crows Nest, North Sydney, the Crobotics team is proud to be one of the only Australian public school teams competing at this level in the FIRST tech challenge. Since forming in 2022 with a robot that couldn’t event move on the field the team has gone from humble beginnings to extraordinary achievements. In 2025 the team received the prestigious Inspire award at the regional level and made it to the quarterfinals of the Australian National Championship. The team’s journey is a true embodiment of the FIRST ethos and the highlight for the team throughout the years has been helping other local public schools join the FIRST Tech Challenge community. As the team steps onto the world stage, with a newly designed build, we are beyond excited to represent both Australia and what teams from the public education sector can achieve. We hope our achievements build a stronger, more inclusive community of public school teams for years to come.
